Maybe you’re not a new year’s resolution maker, maybe you are. We would venture a guess that either way you may be feeling like 2020 has taken its #coronavirus infested sledgehammer to any hopes you may have had of getting anything done this year outside of survival. In our recent internet travels, we have been reading about micro goals and how they can help our brains reorient and perhaps get a shot of dopamine or two in there as well.
