Advice from Andy who has been working from home for 15+ years:
- Make a Schedule
- Plan your week on Sunday or first thing Monday morning.
- Get Dressed (I put on lipstick when I have to do something hard)
- Substitute a commute (Transition Rituals)
- Dedicate a work space to trigger your brain that it’s work time
- Exercise however you can
